Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. transit is estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch, not guaranteed. Mandatory consumer delivery remedies remain applicable.

6. Returns, Damage and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. Customers should contact support before shipping a return. Additional statutory rights or remedies for damaged, defective or misdescribed goods are not excluded by this policy.

In particular, handle glass and ceramic products carefully, supervise open flames, keep burning candles and incense away from flammable materials, and follow directions for aroma devices.
